Preparation

1. Shower & exfoliate (gently scrub your body)

2.  Shave or wax

3. Do not wear lotion

4. Do not wear deodorant

5.  Indulge in either Infinity Sun prep gel or PH balance normilization treatment

6.  Wear loose, dark clothing and open toed sandal

Protection

Right before your session, use lip balm and apply a light layer of lotion to your palms, your heels and the bottoms of your feet.

Aftercare

1. Allow 4-6 hours for your tan to fully develop… the longer you wait to shower the better!
2. Do not do anything active that will cause you to perspire until after you have showered.
3. Wear loose fitting clothing after your session.
4. Moisturize daily – the more you moisturize, the longer your tan will last.
5. Avoid spas and super hot showers – this will dry out your skin and your tan won’t last as long!

FAQ’s:

What do I wear?

Bikini top/bottoms or your undergarment.   You can go commando if it’s just “girls”.   Men wear shorts or speedos. The solution will wash-out.

What’s in the ingredient ?

The most effective sunless tanning ingredient is DHA (dihydroxyacetone). DHA is a colorless sugar that interacts with dead cells located in the upper layer of the skin (epidermis). As the sugar binds with the dead skin cells, a color change occurs. Erythrulose, also a sugar, is another important substance in the sunless tanning solution. When used in combination with DHA it provides a longer lasting and more natural looking tan than DHA alone. The tan usually lasts five to seven days depending on your skin.

Why does a tan fade?

Just like an ordinary tan achieved thru sunbathing, the sunless tan will fade. The reason is simple: Every day, millions of dead skin cells are sloughed off or worn away from the surface of your skin. In fact, every 35 to 45 days, you have an entirely new outer skin layer (epidermis). This is why the tan will gradually fade. As the dead cells are worn away, so is the tan.   Fading of this kind applies to all tans, both sunless and real.
